Как я понял, у многих уже установлена 6.1. А работает ли у кого-нибудь под 6.1 EQ?
Вот что нам отписал MiSys в ответ на запрос о совместимости 6.1 и EQ 3.82, на которую мы переходим:

A problem has been noted that the SQL "LEFT JOIN" syntax does not work with OS V6R1M0. Necessary code changes to be done yet and rolled to latest service pack at each supported level of Equation.
It is therefore deemed necessary to advise customers planning to upgrade to V6R1 not to do so until we certify it. Certification plan is:
- Certification of EBS & EBA with OS/400 V6R1 by end August
- Certification of EBS interfaces (including SWIFT) as part of the EQ4 interface certification Autumn 2009
